Lawsuit: FN vs. Sage & Clyde Armory

In March of this year FN filed a trademark infringement suit against Clyde Armory and Sage International. Sifting through the 16 page PDF document shows it is a simple attempt to stop the use of the name SCAR or SCAR-STOCK for the items manufactured by Sage and sold by Clyde Armory.
