A Walther PK380 (Pistol Kombat .380) recall was issued October 4, 2012 from Walther America; currently licensed by Smith & Wesson, but not for much longer.
The recall regards the safety not working in some circumstances allowing a round to fire when the trigger is pulled, even though the safety is engaged. I’m not sure why you would intentionally test the manual safety with a loaded round in the chamber.
