One solution to some AR gas woes is Sun Devil’s new Adjustable Drop in Gas System (ADIGS). Essentially it is a gas adjustable carrier key. The key can be purchased separately for your AR10/AR15 or as a complete bolt carrier group.
I took these photos when I visited their booth at the Industry Day at the Range this past SHOT Show. The cutaway shows the simplicity in design. To test the system, I’d like to see results with someone using it on a pistol length gas tube.
