There is a hint at the beginning – this is just kids with airsoft toys, but it is much more than that, it is kids with airsoft toys and nunchaku.
There is an attempt here at mood and cinematography. The ever-present music. A mix of camouflages used, including urban brights.
Once the kids start cussing at about four minutes in, I lost all interest. Everyone has to drop the F word in each response to each other, which is made much worse with each of them trying to sound like Arnold Schwarzenegger in Red Heat.
There is some fighting and…go watch something else.
